     Are you already in a routine of coming to the gym but unsure of what to do? Or may you’re not seeing and feeling the results you want? 

     Together will chat about your goals and create a structured program to fit your wants and your body’s needs. I will help you create efficient and effective work outs that you enjoy doing - it’s YOUR time to play with fitness! 

 

  • 1x, 2x or 3x/week, 6-week programs 

  • Tailored work outs to your equipment access (home gym or full gym)

  • Written out for you to keep for future use

  • Monthly check ins to see your progress

Virtual Personal Training Sessions

​     For your convenience and comfortability, we can work together virtually! Either on FaceTime or Zoom, with all the same qualities of an in-person session but in the comfort of your home or gym (when life or works takes you away from the city).
